Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the PerioVoice AI application (hereinafter "the Application"), a tool that assists with entering periodontal status via voice dictation and manual entry. By creating an account or using the Application, the user unreservedly accepts these terms.

2. Access to the Application

The Application is intended for oral health professionals and their authorized staff. Some features are accessible without an account for demonstration purposes; full use (saving statuses, history, export) requires creating an account.

3. User account

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. They agree to provide accurate information when registering and to report any unauthorized use of their account without delay.

4. Credits and payment

Some features require the purchase of credits, paid via our payment provider, Stripe. The pricing terms displayed in the Application at the time of purchase are binding. Unless otherwise required by law, consumed credits are non-refundable.

5. Clinical use and practitioner responsibility

The Application is a tool that assists with data entry and presentation; it does not provide any diagnosis or therapeutic recommendation. The practitioner remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered (including via voice dictation), its clinical interpretation, and any resulting care decisions.

6. Authorized use

The user agrees not to:

• Use the Application for unlawful purposes or contrary to its intended use;
• Attempt to bypass security or access controls (accounts, credits, API);
• Extract, resell, or reuse the Application's content without authorization;
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service (overloading, reverse engineering, etc.).

7. Service availability

The publisher takes reasonable steps to ensure the availability of the Application, without guaranteeing continuous access. Interruptions related to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond its control may occur.

8. Termination

The user may stop using the Application and request deletion of their account at any time by writing to molinaroortho@gmail.com. The publisher reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page. Continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
