PerioVoice AI is a tool that assists with entering and presenting periodontal status, intended for oral health professionals. It does not, under any circumstances, replace the practitioner's clinical judgment; the practitioner remains solely responsible for the data entered, its accuracy, and its diagnostic or therapeutic use.
PerioVoice AI is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices, nor of the Swiss Medical Devices Ordinance (MedDO). The application performs no diagnosis, provides no automated therapeutic recommendation, and carries out no clinical interpretation: it is limited to entering, displaying, and archiving measurements recorded by the practitioner.
The publisher makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information published in the application, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or service interruptions. The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.
